I travel A LOT all over the world and I haven’t had this level of service in any 4-star hotel ever. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The room and all hotel areas were flawlessly clean. The traditional, carefully curated decoration of the hotel is something we will remember. They even offered us a cute little bed for our doggie and treats for us and for our dog upon arrival. If you go to Patra for any reason, this is the place. Don’t go anywhere else.
You thought this was all? Not really … they even had a menu for pillows!!! As if the comfy bed and their excellent, default pillows were not enough. Lovely breakfast buffet with a combination of English and Greek breakfast too!

The complex was really lovely. The room was very big, well equipped and cosy. The bed was huge and so comfortable. It had a nice balcony with a view.
It was peaceful even though it had a busy road at the front, the rooms are set back so you cannot hear the traffic. There were parking bays at the front of the hotel too.

The hotel was situated close to the town centre and was very warm and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and plentiful with very lovely staff. The rooms were warm and spacious with a magnificent view of snow covered mountain peaks. It was near the rack railway and tavernas and coffee shops.
