We arrived very late due to flight delays, but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodated our late arrival. They provided some recommendations of things to do in the area. Breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best we've had (and we travel A LOT). Their system works well to order your breakfast the night before to minimize any waste. They have plenty of parking and are easy to find. There is a wonderful park across the street and are easy walking distance to Molineux as well as the city center. The restaurant is undoubtably one of the best in the area, make sure to get your reservations in.

Free WiFi is accessible throughout, and parking is available near to the property. I got a really nice, warm and enthusiastic welcome after a long trip. People that work here are super friendly and helpful when you have a question. I usually never drink unfiltered tap water but The water from the tap taste actually nice, allmost like filtered water! (unlike the rest of the country) Big thanks to receptionist Linda! Really made my stay!

Location was great a five minute drive to the hotel from the airport. I didn't have to leave for 2 days as everything was there. Was like a mini break - international choices of restaurants. The cinema with a nice choice of movies and goodies. The spa was fantastic, as was the treatments, super relaxing. The sky bar and food, staff was also amazing. In all, a lovely surprise of a hotel which made my few days relaxing, enjoyable and I would go back for longer and take in some of the activities and performances across at the NEC. Oh and I also had an AGM in that time, the meeting rooms and catering again, awesome. Big Thank you.

You can self adjust the room’s temperature, making it actual really warm if you prefer so. Totally recommend this place

Just 10 minutes walk from The Bullring Shopping Centre, this elegant and modern hotel features rooms with Egyptian linen, plasma-screen TVs and free WiFi. There is an idyllic hidden courtyard and a French bistro. The hotel is in the business area and so it was lovely and quiet at the weekend. The hotel is stylish and established - lovely quality. We stayed in the hotel for dinner and the food and service was great.

Set in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham’s cultural heart, its rooms each have free high speed WiFi and a flat-screen TV. The staff was super nice. We got there early, but they let us in right away since the room was ready. Everything was clean and smelled good. The room was small, but we knew that, and it was perfect for showering and sleeping for a couple of nights.

Coombe Abbey has been restored to its former glory, and combines traditional old features with modern amenities. Wi-Fi is free throughout, and parking is possible on site, at an extra fee. This hotel is so pretty and well decorated. The hotel itself is like a mini museum. Everywhere you look, there is something interesting to see. We went during Christmas time so it was even more decorated. Room were great size and everthing was clean and comfortable. Reception lady with the blond hair was really kind and sweet. Garden around the castle is also very nice for a walk. I did not try the restaurant so i cant comment, but i did order room service: baked camembert and periperi hashbrown tots, both were phenomenal, thumbs up to the chef!
