Free WiFi is accessible throughout, and parking is available near to the property. I love how the staff is so amazingly helpful. Special mention to Epiphany, who had been a great help to us. I highly recommend this place for their professionalism, accommodating and wonderful staff. We will definitely stay there when we come back to Birmingham.

All rooms feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Rooms were big, clean and modern. Location was great a five minute drive to the hotel from the airport. I didn't have to leave for 2 days as everything was there. Was like a mini break - international choices of restaurants. The cinema with a nice choice of movies and goodies. The spa was fantastic, as was the treatments, super relaxing. The sky bar and food, staff was also amazing. In all, a lovely surprise of a hotel which made my few days relaxing, enjoyable and I would go back for longer and take in some of the activities and performances across at the NEC. Oh and I also had an AGM in that time, the meeting rooms and catering again, awesome. Big Thank you.

Great holiday in a good location. Five nights and five days flew by like one day. Cozy room, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. New Year's city and even rainy weather did not spoil the mood. The library in Birmingham is a special travel delight. If I get to visit Birmingham again, I will only stay here.
