We wanted a room with a kitchenette, which came in handy, and there is free laundry on site which was a huge plus for our longer term traveling needs. We even had some free social hours in the evening with beer and snacks, just overall very nice.

The service was truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in and late checkout, which was a huge help. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly spacious—exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better! Everything I needed was within easy reach, which added to the overall convenience of my stay. A special shoutout to Sofia and one of the receptionists (a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a great location, and a comfortable stay!

The 4-star Clayton Hotel Birmingham is just a 5-minute walk from the Bullring Shopping Centre. It serves modern food in its stylish restaurant. Bespoke cocktails are made by expert mixologists in the bar and there is also an on-site 24-hour fitness centre. There is also free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. I love the location, very close to the train station, also really close to the Bullring. The mall was very walkable as well, there were historic museums in the area that was walkable. The rooms were clean and modern . Breakfast was amazing.

Coombe Abbey has been restored to its former glory, and combines traditional old features with modern amenities. Wi-Fi is free throughout, and parking is possible on site, at an extra fee. This hotel is so pretty and well decorated. The hotel itself is like a mini museum. Everywhere you look, there is something interesting to see. We went during Christmas time so it was even more decorated. Room were great size and everthing was clean and comfortable. Reception lady with the blond hair was really kind and sweet. Garden around the castle is also very nice for a walk. I did not try the restaurant so i cant comment, but i did order room service: baked camembert and periperi hashbrown tots, both were phenomenal, thumbs up to the chef!
