It is only 5 minutes' walk from the cafés, shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a cinema. The staff were AMAZING! So incredibly friendly and helpful. They really made us feel at home. The breakfast exceeded expectations. So much food and lots of options. I really loved the porridge. Great location in Aberfeldy with everything on your doorstep or a short walk away. Charming hotel with everything clean and new.

We feature a selection of hand-selected wines, craft-brewed Scottish beers and cider and bespoke gins from all over Scotland. Very friendly staff, we received a warm welcome at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is housed in a listed 18th century Georgian townhouse which means we do not have a lift. We recommend guests who struggle with stairs consider a hotel with lift access. Very cosy room and stylish, the room was clean and we loved the local chocolates that they left for us. They let us make the check in earlier than the stipulated.

Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, freshly cooked served in a good time.
