Facilities are huge, brand new and great quality. They have storage for before and after your stay for free, your keypass will stay working after you check out for a full day, and will work before your check in too. Fully equiped kitchen, with a Sainsbury's supermarket just around the corner and 10 minutes walk from the royal mile (main tourist street). Very quiet road and no complicated check in or check out, super straight forward, only 30 min from the airport with a tram and bus stop just around the corner. I feel so lucky to have found this place, it is the kind of place you recommend to friends and family. LOVED IT!

Set a 12-minute walk from Edinburgh Playhouse, Antler Guest House offers accommodation with free WiFi in Edinburgh. The property is close to Omni Centre, Edinburgh Military Tattoo and Royal Mile. Edinburgh Festival Theatre is 2.2 km from the guest house. Everything! Very nice and clean, peaceful location and very good located. All needed were in close distance. And our host was amazing and very helpful! :)) Definitely recommend!

This stylish boutique hotel, has the added touch of the owner’s ever-changing art collection and a dedicated Whisky bar, serving rare and unique scotch malt Whisky and adding a new chapter to Royal Terrace's history as "Whisky Row". Fantastic boutique hotel. All the staff were so accommodating, especially Arturo who was such a gent. The decor and artwork were amazing throughout the hotel, and room was very comfortable. Location was ideal for as so peaceful after a day of exploring but only a 10minute amble to whatever you need to start the day.
