The hotel is housed in a listed 18th century Georgian townhouse which means we do not have a lift. We recommend guests who struggle with stairs consider a hotel with lift access. Welcomed to hotel , offered help with suitcase as requested before arrival. Very welcoming. Room large and very nicely furnished/ equipped.

The modern apartments have been converted from a whisky-bond building and come fully equipped with a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Stylish and very practical design. Spacios apartment is ideal for two pairs or family. We had everything we need. Excellent stay. Storage was also very useful.

Guests can also enjoy homemade shortbread, real coffee and designer teas. The room we stayed in was super comfortable. We were in a beautiful junior suite located on the top floor. Even though the elevator was not working, the excellent staff assisted us througout our stay. The restaurant next door were breakfast is served at a discount, was beautiful, with great service and food. All in a all a super experience.

Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station, Edinburgh Castle and the shops of Princes Street are within a 15-minute bus ride. This is a family run metro hotel. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, only 1 mile away from the castle and Princess Str. A bus station is less than two minutes walk from the hotel. They serve a fantastic cooked breakfast. They give you the option to choose from five different plates. The owners - Kevin and Susan - make you feel at home. You go there as a guest, and you leave as a friend.

Great atmosphere. Convenient and quiet location in the new town, close to the royal mile, with an £8-10 uber ride to all the main attractions. Large, comfortable room with great design, especially when comparing to london. Very helpful staff, who give great advice about the city etc. Great lounge and restaurant, perfect for those not wanting to go far for great food. Fabulous A La carte breakfast. Generally a great hotel in every sense.

Set a 12-minute walk from Edinburgh Playhouse, Antler Guest House offers accommodation with free WiFi in Edinburgh. The property is close to Omni Centre, Edinburgh Military Tattoo and Royal Mile. Edinburgh Festival Theatre is 2.2 km from the guest house. Everything! Very nice and clean, peaceful location and very good located. All needed were in close distance. And our host was amazing and very helpful! :)) Definitely recommend!
