I had a wonderful stay here! The room was spacious with a very big and comfortable bed, good shower, everything was clean and in great condition. The location is a big plus, right across from the train station and only a short walk away from the beautiful Princes Street Gardens. Reception staff were very kind and ready to give recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location very helpful staff cleanliness top notch. Very easy check in and check out.. Just outside waverly train station and 2 min walk to Princes street or to old town.. Right in the heart of Edinburgh. Close to shops pubs anything you need. Rooms big and comfortable along with bathroom/shower..heating was well too. Will visit again for sure. Good value for money.

Due to historic nature of building there is no lift and all rooms are unique Some rooms are on the lower ground floor with restricted views and our double rooms can feel small to those used to chain...
