Hotel Football, Old Trafford, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is located opposite Old Trafford Football Stadium and close to Media City and Manchester City Centre. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV and air conditioning and complimentary retro sweets. Everything, the room was super clean and fresh, lovely view from 7th floor. Obviously it's nxt to old Trafford can't get any better for a manutd fan.

I chose this hotel due to the early check in option which is available depending on room availability. The climate controlled room andsound proof room made for a good nights sleep. The breakfast had an excellent choice of hot and cold foods and staff were really helpful and friendly connecting me to the wifi - thanks Jamalia! The small gym was never busy and the equipment was in good order. The location was a real bonus being a short walk to both metro and train. As a single female traveler I felt secure and safe with the desk set up and extra security when there was a sports event on. I would recommend this to singles couples and families better if you don’t have a car.

Abel Heywood Boutique Hotel is located 700 metres from the Manchester Arena and 800 metres to the Metrolink that takes you to the Co-Op Live Arena and the Etihad Campus and 14 km from Manchester Airport. Staff all very cheery and polite, seemed to like working there. Rooms excellent, breakfast - great start to the day. Very tastefully decorated and walking distance from the main attractions. Also helped there was a car park located 1 min walk from hotel.
