Our room was well maintained and comfortable with a lovely offering of treats to go with our coffee or tea. Upstairs the kitchen area provided even more offerings for breakfast and a lovely dining room and sitting room. Our host was readily available and helpful as well. Above all it is the location that feels like a step back in time to quieter and more peaceful times that creates a serene stay at this wonderful establishment.

Aboyne is around 30 miles west of Aberdeen. The city’s vibrant Union Street shopping district features well-known stores and boutique shops and is less than 1 hour’s drive. Everything! Absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend a stay. The staff team at The Boat are so kind and welcoming. Food is absolutely delicious! Rooms and all decor throughout The Boat is gorgeous.

Cardhu Country House is an exclusive rural retreat in Speyside's Whisky Country, offering luxury bed and breakfast and fully-catered accommodation. We have six en-suite guest rooms with a guest lounge, dining room and gardens. Every detail is thought and taken care of! We stayed with my family for one night during our roadtrip to Scotland. Starting with the location in the middle of the countryside, the house is beautiful and very stylishly decorated. The rooms are very spacious and the view of the countryside out of the windows very relaxing. They are impeccably clean with very comfortable beds and fresh smelling towels. Our breakfast was superb! Colin, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful. We will certainly recommend Cardhu Country House to our friends and we will return for a longer stay!

It is 5 minutes’ walk from the nearest bus station. Room was comfortable and clean, room with view of harbour. Breakfast was self service but fresh and good. Parking next door is convienient and discounts are available.

Set on Aberdeen's Queens Road, this beautiful hotel has a restaurant, free gym and private dining rooms, just 1.5 miles from Aberdeen Railway Station. Beautiful hotel in a lovely area of Aberdeen. The staff was friendly and the accommodation (Classic Suite) very comfortable.
