This classic 17th century Colmar building has a restaurant serving traditional cuisine and regional specialties. Everything! The room was large, comfortable and the bedding was exquisite! When we arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Paulina and Lauren were fantastic! The attention to detail was appreciated and housekeeping was also excellent. Try one of the restaurants onsite for a wonderful dining experience. Breakfast is worthwhile, so ensure that you do that. Overall, a great stay in a wonderful location in the heart of Colmar.

A truly fantastic hotel with beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards. From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure everything was perfect and even upgraded our room free of charge. The room itself was warm, cozy, and very comfortable, with convenient beds. The spa area is modest but has everything you need to relax. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at La Winstub du Chambard, and the food was simply outstanding-beyond words. A perfect place for a peaceful getaway in Alsace.
