The hotel was excellent overall. Staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for visit to close-by Guggenheim and a concert that evening in the Euskalduna Concert Hall. Breakfast was high quality.

Lovely pensión in the historical centre of Bilbao. We had a room on the second floor and it was very quiet. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine 😊 and also that we had a code to enter the building and our room - so no worries about forgetting/losing a key. The staff were very kind and accomodating.
