Free WiFi is provided throughout. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. From the amenities to the service, everything was top-notch. We were so impressed with our stay that we decided to stay an extra night and would highly recommend the place. The food was also excellent, and we especially enjoyed the variety at the breakfast buffet. There were so many options to choose from, something for everyone. The meals throughout the day were also very good. Overall, we were very pleased with the food.

From the very good service during check in, to getting a free upgrade to a one bed apt. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My apt was clean and had everything I needed for my 5 day stay. Room was cleaned once in the middle of my stay and that was fine with me as a solo traveller I didn't mess up the place. Distance to the beach or Los Cristianos town is maybe a 20min walk downhill but there's taxi ranks just outside the hotel if you need them. WiFi speed was very good in the room. TV has several channels in different languages. Overall very pleased with the hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Housed in a charming 16th-century mansion, Hotel Laguna Nivaria offers an à la carte restaurant and stylish accommodation. It is located in San Cristóbal de la Laguna’s old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Beautiful property. The suites were great,very spacious and great value for money.

All the rooms are specious with balconies and nice views. It's located right on the coast (although there isn't really a beach nearby). I also liked that it's easy to leave the resort and check out restaurants and other places nearby.

A XVI century home, it welcomes visitors with fully restored facilities and at the same time maintains its original architecture. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself is stunning, located in a beautiful and peaceful area, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options, and the coffee was top-notch. We also had the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious—high-quality ingredients and great flavors. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return!
