I also really appreciate Luca with the attention and my best time in the country club, which is also a gem for those who want to get away from from the town (I tried kayaking and that was superb). And I liked a lot that Maite the GM approached all guests every morning during the breakfast to ask for their feedback. I have never seen this before and I wish all GMs did that, as this is the only way to really know your guest and learn how to improve.
