Our stay at Vincci The Mint was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Traveling with two young children isn’t always easy, but the entire hotel team was incredibly patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. A special shoutout to Yanett from the reception team, who was the star of our stay. Yanett was not only helpful but genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. She suggested an upgrade to a Junior Suite at a discounted rate, ensuring we had more space and comfort for our family. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy the extra room and relax during our visit. The Junior Suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Yanett’s kindness didn’t stop there – she was always available to assist with any requests, big or small. If you’re looking for a hotel in Madrid where the staff truly makes you feel like a valued guest, Vincci The Mint is the place to be. The service, was exceptional, and we can’t wait to come back. The location is awesome!!! Very near to the centre of the city. Near to the historical centre also. Supermarkets are real close, also there are a lot of places to eat near by. The apartment is really good. I recommend this place really hard to everyone who is going to visit Madrid. The staff is helpful, the cleaness is very good. There is a kitchen which you can use if you want to make your own food. The furniture is cool. The beds are really comfortable!An awesome place! The door of the building is from 18 th century. Really exciting!!!

UVE Alcobendas is located next to La Vega Shopping Centre and 10 minutes’ drive from Barajas International Airport. It offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. The hotel is really nice, rooms are spacious, really clean and the staff is really friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.
