For museum lovers, the good news is that it is walking distance to lots of main museums. The room and the hotel are all in green themes; cleaning lady does cleaning every day; staff Ivan and his colleagues are very helpful in assisting me to get around the city. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot!

Located on Madrid’s Gran Vía, next to Callao Metro Station and just 500 metres from the Puerta del Sol, Hotel Atlántico offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. The hotel has 2 terraces with panoramic views of the city. The hotel's maintenance and cleanliness are top-notch. We have stayed in many hotels in Madrid, and this is one of the cleanest. It is old, but all spaces are perfectly maintained. The terraces on the top floor are fantastic, and the service there is excellent. Amparo, the woman who cleaned our room, and Lucía, who runs the bar on the top floor, were kind and very professional: our room was spotless, and on the terraces and lounges of the top floor we enjoyed drinks and a football match on a large TV.

Featuring modern décor in neutral tones, the air-conditioned rooms at the UVE Alcobendas come with a 37-inch flat-screen TV, a minibar and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. They all feature views of Alcobendas. We stay here just for one night in between flights, but everything was beyond perfect! I have never been in a Hotel where employees were so happy, helpful, and kind like here. This was definitely one of the best stays we had since we start traveling with a kid, and for a very affordable price! Location: Super easy to reach from the airport, good location surrounded by all sort of amnesties. We arrived late in the night so we use a taxi from the airport, for a 20 we were there, and in 15 min. Next day to go back to the airport we use the shuttle of the hotel, costing less than the half than a taxi. Helpfulness: they hold post mail for me at no additional cost. They offer us stay until 2pm next day for free so our baby could have his nap on a real bed. They hold our luggage after check out. They lend us a scale to weight the luggage. All details provided proactively (we barely ask for any of this) by different employees and each one of them with a smile on the face... excellent customer service, really! We will be back for sure.
