We arrived after 10 PM, and the owner invited us into his kitchen to show how the breakfast cakes are made. His wife offered us chilled white wine and cheese—everything sourced from organic farms. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and cozy. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and although we didn’t use it this time, there’s an outdoor pool. Free parking is available for all guests in the courtyard. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade bread, orange and lemon cakes, and a variety of organic products. I highly recommend this hotel—it’s clear the hosts truly love what they do.

Offering a variety of private rooms and single beds in both mixed and female dormitories, the hostel also caters for families and groups of friends. The bright rooms come with either a private or shared bathroom, and some have a small balcony. Incredibly well-designed and staffed place. Beds were very comfortable, luggage storage was spacious and easy to use, and the bathrooms were always clean. The atmosphere in the hostel was very youth friendly and all the other people staying there had a great time! Will definitely stay at The Hat next time I’m in Madrid.

Each one comes with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a large rain-effect shower. Everything was extraordinary. Super staff. Helpfull staff. Friendly staff. Super clean room and lavatory. Room service cleaned up every day and changed towels. We didn‘t have breakfast at the hotel, so we can‘t make any statements about it. Next time in Madrid, I will definitely stay again at Hotel Sardinero.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The hotel's location was another highlight—situated in a vibrant neighborhood that was full of energy, yet the hotel itself offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. It was the perfect balance of excitement and tranquility. I couldn’t have wished for a better stay in Madrid, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!
