Lovely staff, so helpful and friendly. Antonio and his team work together really well. Nothing was a bother. We had a 1 bedroomed apartment, very well equipped for self catering, lovely comfortable beds, plenty towels, the staff called in every day if only to empty the bin which was super. Apartment sits on the coast. Sound of the sea is fantastic, just what we needed. We are repeat customers and will be back again

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The view from our hotel was incredible of the sea. Great location between two strips.

The beautiful beach is just in front and even inside the hotel there is a sandy area that looks towards the sea.

In the region there is a varied gourmet offering, in particular, in the old town of Tiñosa with its local atmosphere. On the island you can go on numerous excursions to visit the impressive landscapes and the magnificent cultural centres designed by César Manrique. First of all, i would like to say, that this hotel was a huge surprise for me. I have gluten intolerance (and i don't eat meat - but that is a choice). So i tried to choose a hotel which offers wide selection of food. The way the hotel handled this situation, is not 10/10, but 1000/10. All members of the staff, from the receptionist, to the chef was informed about it, and they were paying maximal attention to my problem. The chef even remembered about me being vegetarian. We were on half-board, and that was more than enough, since we were not staying at the hotel during the day. The food was very various, all fresh with lot of fish, vegetables, fruits and all kind of meat. Every breakfast they offered smoothies which i liked the most. The room was big and comfortable, it was more like a suite, with couch, and two TVs. They have programs every evening and afternoon. Yes it is a hotel with pools and water toys for the children, so there is obviously a lot of children. If you are not comfortable with that fact, i dont recommend this hotel. I can't say enough about the staff, how nice and helpful they were every time. Overall, the time spent there was a great experience for us.
