The concierge team was, hands down, the best I’ve ever encountered. Every member of the team was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also extremely efficient and hands-on. They were proactive in offering help and always went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. Their professionalism, kindness, and maturity truly set this hotel apart. The rooms were equally impressive, offering stunning views of both the sea and the pool area – a perfect way to wake up each morning. And the breakfast… it was absolutely to die for! So many fresh, delicious options that made starting the day an absolute treat. Love the water pressure in the shower - a very comfortable one especially in Summer when you need to shower several times - not many hotels offer decent water pressure. The location was also ideal, surrounded by everything you could need, whether you want to explore local attractions or just enjoy some downtime. Overall, I couldn't have been more satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend this hotel – it’s a perfect blend of excellent service, comfort, and prime location.

The food was delicious, the staff were genuinely kind and full of positive energy, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The architecture and interior design were stunning, and my room was both elegant and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully curated. I left feeling refreshed and grateful — I would return without a doubt!
