Heated in winter, the outdoor pools include waterfalls, hot tubs and a slide. Our 5 day vacation was wonderful! Employees are very very very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face, ready to help and chat. Food - honestly, we have been living in the Canary Islands for 8 months now and we have never eaten better food anywhere. Clean and tidy rooms every day. The hotel and surroundings are also wonderful. We can't wait to come and rest in this oasis again :)

Gold Playa del Ingles - Adults Only is located 500 metres from the beach in Playa del Inglés. This modern hotel has a spacious pool area with stylish design, 2 pools, a hot tub and lots of loungers.

The air-conditioned rooms at this adults-only hotel feature cool, white décor with turquoise details. Each one has free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a mini-kitchenette with a hob, microwave and toaster. All rooms have a private balcony or terrace, and some have sea views. Big room and comfortable beds (10/10). Breakfast was amazing and the pool area is great.

Its air-conditioned rooms also provide a minibar and satellite TV. WiFi is free in public areas. All in all, it turned out to be a lovely one-week stay at Hotel LIVVO Puerto de Mogán. The location was excellent compared to all other locations in Puerto de Mogán. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive in making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast/dinner buffet was ideal with a wide variety of options to choose from. I look forward to returning to Puerto de Mogán in 2024.

It was our second stay in this hotel and We really felt welcome from the first day (We also received a welcome gift in the room). We got the room We were looking for, even better than that. The room was spacious, clean, tidy, with a wonderful view (I recommend rooms on higher floors), also the bed was very comfortable. Everyone was very kind, especially Nerea and the team from the restaurant. The food was very tasty, a lot of choices for dinner. The hotel is located in a nice place, I could say that it is the best location in PDI, close to all the good bars and restaurants, and there are also shops, a pharmacy and everything you need nearby. Most of all (as a cat lover) I liked the cat house in the hotel yard! Free parking is also a big plus. We recommend this hotel to both young (18+) and old people!

A special shoutout goes to Hamza, the masseur – his hands are magic! One of the best massages we've ever had. Professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, he made the whole experience even more relaxing and memorable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gay-friendly, fun, and comfortable place to stay in Gran Canaria!

You can also head up to the spacious rooftop terrace,furbished with comfortable designer sofas and sunshades. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back. Spacious apartment, big terrace with 2 sunbeds and table. All 3 big pools were heated. Great facilities for kids, several playgrounds, splash park, outdoor jacuzzi Very green area. Very friendly staff. Nice promenade to the beach. Kids club and minidisco. Food was very good. Nice views from the top level.

The staff was great; the room was perfect for our needs; everything was immaculately clean, and breakfast was good. The Internet was the fastest we had on the island. The scenery down the coast from the hotel is pretty dramatic. Cute little town a short walk away.

The hotel offers bright, attractive décor. Its rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A very nice hotel with lovely staff and good facilities. The interiors are a little dated, but very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. absolutely nice and will consider staying here again.
