We went for a short 4-day trip to this hotel just to get some sun during the winter time. And we came back actually very satisfied. The hotel staff is very professional. Facilities clean. We also got a room upgrade to a pool view room, which is a good thing I guess. Shout out to Sameh, our room cleaner, he did an outstanding job, and Moussaf from the outside bar.

This was our second visit. The place is very clean, the slides are many and fun. Lots of food and snacks available, many restaurant options. Snacks and desert through the day. There is a lot of extra entertainment other than water slides. Lots of night entertainment, you can leave without going through it all. Mr Ismael at reception and colonies restaurants went over and above to make our stay special and memorable. We thank him.

Overall, my stay at the Albatros Palace exceeded all expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Fantastic location. I was surprised of cleanliness and the upkeep of the property. We booked all inclusive the price is excellent, staff, food, service all amazing. Definitely coming back. In lobby bar our waiter Mohamed was amazing really nice and polite person.
