It is an interesting building with history. It was still too cold for a swim in the nearby beach before breakfast. The breakfast was wonderful.

Hotel Hamlet is a beautiful and atmospheric boutique hotel full of authentic atmosphere from the 19th century. Firstly, this hotel's point of difference was Dennis - warmest welcome, an abundance of helpful information and friendly chat. Made my stay most enjoyable. Location was also amazing - a hop from the train station and central to town's restaurants and shopping.
