They gave us a room that we had booked but we didn't expect that those room would be with a stunning view of a pedestrian bridge and other bridge and we could observe the drawbridges. Breakfast is awesome (morning chef the best) and various. I wish there were some sparkling wine)

It offers on-site dining and designer rooms with flat-screen TVs and park views. Excellent location. The architecture of the building is one of its kind. Excellent food at Brasserie. Luisa at the Spa did my manicure & she was so kind & nice. All the staff are cordial & nice. Special thanks to all staff especially Peter.

We stayed in a Junior Suite, so our room was quite spacious. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but it’s not needed as Copenhagen is very cool. The location was excellent – we walked everywhere. Most of the products at breakfast were organic, and it more than met our expectations. There’s a restaurant with an inner courtyard downstairs, and starting and ending the day there was wonderful. Ms. Camilla at the reception was very helpful and always smiling – we couldn’t help but smile every time we saw her. Thank you for a truly wonderful holiday!

Købmagergade shopping street is a 12-minute walk away. Very good location with very nice staff. Everything that I needed was managed by them. Also breakfast was delicious. The rooftop terrace was a cherry on top!
