Clean, comfortable bed, location is excellent, nice lobby/lounge/bar area. When you enter your room and plug your key in the wall, the TV automatically turns on to a fireplace with a nice video video of a fire. Corny, yes, but we liked it. Staff's English was excellent!

Our interactions with the staff were polite and helpful. The decoration of our apartment and of the whole building is beautifully done. The location is not in the historical Altstadt, but is a fairly short walk away, or one tram stop, and it is close to other parts of the city. Altogether excellent.
