The rooms were lovely and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was nice and luxurious and the service was brilliant. We absolutely loved the breakfast and the variety of things that were offered. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a gorgeous old building, it felt like we were staying in a castle!! We had the family room which was excellent and meant we had our own separate spaces so two happy teens!!

All rooms at the Hotel Sonne are spacious and traditionally furnished. Some rooms have a view over Rothenburg’s historic rooftops Location was absolutely perfect, only 1 block from the main plaza. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was great, with extras like a fan, hair dryer, extra towels, good storage space, and plugs on each side of all beds. The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was the best that we have had in Germany! We will return!

It stands in a quiet residential area of Füssen, a 15-minute drive from the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles. What an amazing place to stay at. We were on a European tour traveling on a motorcycle and it was very hot when we arrived. We were greeted with an ice refreshing lemon drink on checking in. The owner said to put my Motorcycle in their garage. The room was absolutely amazing. My wife loved the room which was pristine, A nice balcony that we sat on in the evening enjoying drinks from the mini bar. Would definitely stop again. Breakfast was beyond belief. The presentation and quality was amazing. If you are ever in the area definitely stop here
