The staff was super friendly, and the rooms well equipped. The location was perfect, only 15 min walking to Trier city. The view from the sky pool was great, although the water could be a little bit warmer, but no complaints :) Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

All rooms have a barrier-free bathroom, and some have extra-long beds and a balcony with a view of the river and surrounding vineyards. The staff was so friendly and amazing!! The hotel was beautiful. Our dinner and breakfast were excellent and gourmet. The wine, delicious! The room with a balcony to look out at the river was exceptional! I would stay here next time I’m in the Mosel valley for sure!

Completely renovated in early 2014, rooms at the Parkhotel offer a flat-screen TV and a modern bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony overlooking the garden or River Moselle. It is very close to Kochum and takes about ten minutes to walk to the town. If you drive there, it is convenient as there is a free 3-hour parking lot. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, and I am very grateful for checking in early. When I enter or exit the hotel, the staff greet me with a smile, making me feel happy.The appearance of the room is modern, very clean, comfortable, beyond expectations, and the castle can be seen from the corridor windows. The free parking space in the hotel is very convenient and can accommodate around ten cars. The breakfast was good, the restaurant was decorated very well, it was an Italian style restaurant, but unfortunately I didn't have the chance to try it.
