The family rooms were spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and took good care of the kids. They for example had riddles, special surprises, candy and smoothies for the kids.

This hotel offers free parking and a summer terrace. It situated in the pedestrian area, a 10-minute walk from Celle’s old town and a 5-minute walk from the Französischer Garten park. The breakfast room was wonderful. The food offerings were excellent by American standards, but just a little less than we experienced at other German properties on our trip. Freshness was the only detractor.

We liked the bar on the 5th floor where we ate dinner and had relaxing drinks on 2 separate occasions. The staff there was great! We very much enjoyed the sauna which was free with the room. The location -at the rail station- was a treat! We just crossed the street and were at our hotel. There were convenient local businesses also, such as the Post Office and the bakery and a grocery.

This hotel is set in a historical building in central Hildesheim, 100 metres from Hildesheim Train Station. I like the location, it was close to the train station. I was a little worried about the neighborhood because of the graffiti and security cameras at businesss but I saw familys and it seemed very safe. Breakfast had a nice variety. The overall the room was clean.

This was an exceptional experience. The Alte Muenze was the perfect location, the breakfast was good but the room was superb. We requested this particular room but they could not guarantee. We received the room and we were very happy. As we were checking in late, they gave us perfect instructions on how to receive the keys to our room, the parking area etc. Super helpful and friendly staff. A very idyllic and historic hotel - just positively different.

It’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to after a day of exploring or meetings.

It is located in the Old Town district of Osnabrück, opposite the market square.... Great historic building in the old town. A lot of character. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Ample parking for car and bicycles
