Loved the location, close to the shops and restaurants, beautiful buildings, great size room, breakfast was fabulous and the pool in the cave under the hotel wonderful, and the owners and the staff were so welcoming, the hotel was exceptionally clean, free parking, what else could you want or need Loved the fact that although mainly used by Germans and Dutch people for maybe one/two nights and we as an English non German speaking couple they seemed to be amazed we were staying for 11 nights, but as we were visiting places we had last visited in the very early 80's, it was the right place for us to be based, they were great with us and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and most spoke far better English than we did German, the ones that didn't speak English, we all managed to make sure we understood each other I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, anyone visiting Hameln would be silly not to stay there

The quiet, non-smoking Hotel St Georg is located in a complex of 3 traditional, timber-framed buildings. Each of its modern rooms has a minibar and a private bathroom. The food offerings were excellent by American standards, but just a little less than we experienced at other German properties on our trip. Freshness was the only detractor.

Service was excellent and parking lot was perfect. one night in this city was not enough.

Each warmly decorated room features a flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom. I like the location, it was close to the train station. I was a little worried about the neighborhood because of the graffiti and security cameras at businesss but I saw familys and it seemed very safe. Breakfast had a nice variety. The overall the room was clean.

Set in 2 historic buildings in Goslar’s Old Town, this charming 4-star hotel offers a garden, a library and an inviting breakfast room. It is a short walk from the marketplace and the Goslar Imperial Palace. What a gorgeous old hotel with lovely modern fittings - the bed and showers were especially comfortable. A town music festival was happening at the time of our stay in September and the town was vibrant and the staff warned us about the noise ahead of time. Staff were friendly and we were only sad we had to leave early in the morning as we would've loved to stay longer.
