Great Hotel, great location, private garage under the hotel, Staff was very friendly and helpful. The King room is very spacious with tasteful design and the beds were super comfortable. First fill of the mini bar is offered by the hotel and a good coffee machine available in the room. Will surely book again.

Clean, good location, warm inside (winter time). Very friendly host. Answers very fast and gave us a lot of tips for city discovering. We booked only one night but already planning the next trip to Baden Baden and want to stay here again for more days.

Our stay started with the Hotel Manager picking us up from the train station and providing us a thorough overview of the hotel and local activities. The hotel grounds were in impeccable condition and our room was as expected. The meals were excellent, well deserved of their Michelin rating. Overall, it was the guest service that stood out as they took every opportunity to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We spent a fair amount of time in the outdoor hot tub and the natural pool. We were there on an anniversary celebration and our stay was a perfect fit for the occasion.

This hotel is situated in the district of Neuweier, amidst beautiful vineyard scenery near Baden Baden, in the heart of the northern and central Black Forest nature park.

Everything was perfect, we came by car, there was a parking in front of the hotel and the centre of Baden Baden was only 6 km away. The hotel offers great facilities, perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious rooms , breakfast was delicious and in abundance. The spa within the hotel is perfect for some private, relaxing time , also immaculate hygiene. We went there a few days before Christmas, it was beautifully decorated, Baden Baden is worth a visit and the hotel a must stay i :-), we will be back for sure. P.S. Staff was exceptionally kind:-)

Comfortable large room with good beds and a clean and good functioning bathroom. The room was located on a nice patio so you don’t hear any traffic. In the morning they served a very nice breakfast buffet. Also the staff was very kind and helpful.

This hotel is a 5-minute walk from the historic Old Town district in Ettlingen, and 7 km from central Karlsruhe.
