The suite is very spacious and has everything we need. Mini bar and snacks to enjoy at night. Staff gave us Baden-Baden guest cards for discounts in the town. She also gave us a spa bag with towel etc for our spa visits. We are well taken care of. walking distance to the spa, restaurants and tourist attractions. The best thing is to have an underground parking, that has elevator straight to our suite. Easy loading and unloading for arrival and departure.

This 4-star hotel features outdoor pool area, free Wi-Fi, a sauna, and a lounge area with fireplace. It is centrally located in Gengenbach, just 550 metres from Gengenbach Train Station.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The location, right in the heart of the old town, was great. The hotel was very nice. We stayed two nights and were really happy with our experience.

Quietly situated in beautiful Black Forest countryside, this hotel offers a large spa with 2 saunas, a steam room and sauna garden. It also features a large conservatory restaurant.

A true 5 star hotel: From the first class (and friendly) check-in to the quality of every fixture and fitting, this is a really impressive hotel. I particularly liked the gym facilities. A huge range of high end equipment, and there was a separate room to use for yoga/ personal exercise (when not used for classes), the pool was lovely with many places to sit or lounge by. The restaurant was beautiful. The food was healthy and inventive, the wine selection impressive. Every member of staff I met was helpful and friendly .

Clean, good location, warm inside (winter time). Very friendly host. Answers very fast and gave us a lot of tips for city discovering. We booked only one night but already planning the next trip to Baden Baden and want to stay here again for more days.

Everything was perfect, we came by car, there was a parking in front of the hotel and the centre of Baden Baden was only 6 km away. The hotel offers great facilities, perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious rooms , breakfast was delicious and in abundance. The spa within the hotel is perfect for some private, relaxing time , also immaculate hygiene. We went there a few days before Christmas, it was beautifully decorated, Baden Baden is worth a visit and the hotel a must stay i :-), we will be back for sure. P.S. Staff was exceptionally kind:-)
