The hotel is clean and neat. Staff is very helpful and even is open for a conversation. Thanks to Olga for the friendly welcome and the discount for the upgrade to the penthouse. The view from the penthouse (7th floor, 1 stair from the 6th) is wonderful, overseeing the city, Prague Castle and many cathedrals.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. All the hotel staff were incredibly kind, polite, and friendly to us. We had some questions and changes on our part, and the staff instantly resolved them and were very pleasant to communicate with. The hotel staff also helped arrange parking nearby, and we are very grateful for that. Our room was clean and cozy. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, so we had a great night’s sleep and woke up in the morning to a beautiful view of the river. On our next visits to Prague, we will definitely stay there again.
