I actually returned after 12 years and enjoyed the stay again. There are plenty of restaurants and sights at walking distance. Parking in front or paid nearby. Airconditioning, big beds, good bathroom and great breakfast. Great view of the city from the rooftop.

Safety, we felt safe and secured in Casa Morales. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much and they listen and understand your need. No English is spoken but they all tried and so did I try my Spanish! The views are stunning, and the SPA/pool just make you so relax! We certainly will stay there again in the future.
