El Despertar Hotel is surrounded by mountains and offers a wellness centre. Free WiFi access is also featured. The bright rooms are decorated with light colours and boast a colonial-style decoration. We had an excellent stay. It’s a beautiful property, our bed was so soft, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The jacuzzi at night was an added bonus- just note that you’ll have to reserve it an hour ahead so it has time to warm up. Would stay again next time in Jerico

Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff.
