The location was perfect. Super close to A LOT of restaurants, malls and attractions (Provenza is definitely one). The area is super safe. The staff was amazing, very kind and educated. The room had a great distribution, it even has a little kitchen, in case you want to cook your own stuff and our view was directly to the main Poblado avenue.

The location was great, the hotel is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and helpful all the time. We really enjoyed everything.
