Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. Location is excellent! Nice neighborhood close to restaurants and nightlife. Check-in was very easy and fast. Front desk and restaurant staff very nice and helpful with all requests. Karolin at front desk was very professional and her customer service outstanding! Comfortable bed, spacious room, ample bathroom and shower. I travel between work and leisure at least 14 times per year. This hotel certainly exceeded my expectations and the staff made me feel like home. Kudos to everyone!
