Loved the location. This was our first time in Colombia, so we were glad to be able to walk to restaurants and night life. The hotel staff was exceptional - from the bell person to the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff - were all very friendly and welcoming. They suggested excursions we can do to enjoy more of Medellin. We are very appreciative of them. We will definitely stay at this property again. I also liked that this was not a cookie cutter hotel, there are many aspects of the culture of Colombia , captured throughout the property. Also, the bartenders made the best drinks! The hotel helped us with connecting with our driver, Miguel. He was the absolute best! He was punctual, funny, kind, and helped us to explore the city.

It was great!! The only thing that would make the rooms better is if there were a refrigerator or microwave in there. Other than that my stay was great!! Wonderful staff

Laura from the reception was very kind and helpful with everything we asked for. All personel were nice. Good area near the restaurants and bars. 2mins walk from parque poblado and parque lleras. No nice from the clubs at night. Overall was great!
