Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Location the best u can find. Staff Amazing and soo helpful. Ignacia on reception was soo helpful. I left something in the hotel and she went out of her way and found it for me. Great experience. Thankyou ignacia )not sure how to spell her name)

We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

Located just a 10-minute walk from Parque Arauco Shopping Centre, Hotel Boutique Bidasoa offers accommodations in the exclusive neighbourhood of Vitacura, in Santiago. The decor, everything in working order, cleanliness, delicious breakfast and dinner. Loved the wallpaper in the room and in the elevator. Loved the sculptures, dog aprons on wait staff.

This is a smartly understated hotel with exceptional staff, fantastic a la carte buffet breakfast and a great location. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable, spacious and clean. I spent my birthday there and the staff provided little bday touches such as in room petit four and breakfast cake with candle, not over the top but a lovely touch. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with, however particular stand outs were David the doorman who accompanied me to the nearest shop to buy an adapter, Gary who was so helpful when we needed to organise an early start airport car and breakfast, and Martin the concierge who was helpful even before we arrived with details of our booking and provided us with invaluable support during our stay. Highly recommended, fantastic experience here.

The quality of the service provided by the hotel staff was beyond expectations. The hotel was located in a nice neighborhood and a walking distance to the main attractions in downtown. A lot of nice restaurants are nearby. The hotel provided the best breakfast I've ever had. The scrambled eggs had a rich flavor. The fruits were so fresh. The wine tasting in the evening was a great plus! The 10 out of 10 rating I gave the hotel is not exaggerated. I love this hotel and highly recommend it.
