Everything was perfect. It is located in a quiet little square, close to all the points of interest in Providencia, a 10 min walk from the Los Leones metro station. The cleanliness is impeccable, there is a 24 hour reception desk, the gate is locked all the time giving a feeling of security. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a friendly living room and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff and the manager Luciano are all professional, friendly and gave me support in everything I needed. If I return to santiago I will definitely make the same choice for accommodation.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Front office was friendly! Concierge was always on the ball as well!

Located just a 10-minute walk from Parque Arauco Shopping Centre, Hotel Boutique Bidasoa offers accommodations in the exclusive neighbourhood of Vitacura, in Santiago. Great food, with many different options. A menu that is pleasant for veggetarians, vegans, children and adults. Beautiful small hotel, very comfortable and cozy. Great views and location.

Just 100 meters from Baquedano Metro Station, Hostal Río Amazonas offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and TV sets. This hostel was one of the best hostels we have stayed in and it is great for families. We are travelling with our 18 and 16 year old kids and the room had a queen and 3 singles. Plenty of room for our bags and had a private bathroom. The staff we extremely helpful, great breakfast and it felt very safe.

Wonderful boutique hotel! Staff were fabulous and there was gluten-free bread at breakfast which I really appreciated. Rooms were comfy and having the courtyard out in the back garden was a delight. This is a smartly understated hotel with exceptional staff, fantastic a la carte buffet breakfast and a great location. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable, spacious and clean. I spent my birthday there and the staff provided little bday touches such as in room petit four and breakfast cake with candle, not over the top but a lovely touch. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with, however particular stand outs were David the doorman who accompanied me to the nearest shop to buy an adapter, Gary who was so helpful when we needed to organise an early start airport car and breakfast, and Martin the concierge who was helpful even before we arrived with details of our booking and provided us with invaluable support during our stay. Highly recommended, fantastic experience here.
