Room was great, got upgraded to junior suite. Bed was so comfy and the jacuzzi on the roof was nice after a long day.

The hotel has an incredible staff - without exception, everyone was pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, assisted and valued. However, a special shout-out goes to each of Gustavo and Patrick at the front door, to Kimberly on the front desk, and to Diego in the Club Room, all of whose services were personally appreciated by us. This hotel is the perfect place to relax after a long flight to Chile or to wrap up a vacation there. Absolutely the best!

1 night @ Pullman hotel and Ofelia restaurant for valentines dinner and a breakfast This was a short stay- after being on the plane and at airports and all the days travels, I just wanted to rest! This hotel was wonderful. Friendly staff, great location, and great rooms. It was Valentine’s Day! The hotel decorated their restaurant and bar “Ofelia” accordingly. Of corse I had no reservations but they were very accommodating and allowed us to join their wonderful evening. The ambiance was romantic, the music was provided by a live singer, The staff were very precise and knowledgeable. It was beautiful. The next day the hotel and bar turn into a lively breakfast that included an omelette bar, yogurt bar, variety of fresh fruits and breads, many finger cakes and a wonderful display of natural honey. Fresh juices and mimosas were also available! My lovely girlfriend and I will be coming back regularly during my stays in Chile. It helped make our vacation start off perfectly.

White walls, wooden furnishings and chic interiors can be enjoyed in the upscale neighbourhood of Providencia. The metro station is a 3-minute walk and Wi-Fi is free.
