The rooms all have a fabulous view with comfortable beds and nice decor. The bathroom is spacious, has excellent water pressure, and has great bath products. The historic facilities are fantastic, and the decor throughout the hotel matches the aesthetic. The pool and spa are excellent. I wish they were a little larger. Had a good massage.
Food is the real highlight, and I was happy we booked half-board. Dinner was wonderful for the quality. Back in Canada, we'd easily pay double, if not triple, for the same quality.
The location makes for a great base to explore the region. It's a few minutes outside of Puerto Natales so easy to book your own tours or grab lunch or shop in town.

The design and facilities at this hotel are wonderful. We stayed on a half board basis so we enjoyed an extensive breakfast range and the dinner was a superb selection of local food. The view from the room and the history of the place were exceptional.
Beautiful location, overlooking the lake while still in the town centre. Modern design inside with a good bar area and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Bag storage available.

This was one of the best place I ever stayed traveling through many countries. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was well equipped with great breakfast served in the room. Everything in the bathroom was new and fabulous. The towels were very clean and good quality. There is a lot of wood in design of this place and it brings the very warm cozy feelings. I literally didn’t want to leave this place and my little daughter was very upset to leave her own cute room. We booked 2 bedrooms apt. Great!
