A luxurious hotel, yet the elegance is not extravagant. The staff is amazing, never seen such a willingness to help and serve, they are so nice I cannot find the words. The breakfast is amazing, the infinity pool is breathtaking, and the view and location are amazing. One of the best hotels I've been to. Felt like home and I miss it already. Looking forward to my next time there.

In the summer months guest enjoy free access to the heated outdoor pool of the neightbouring hotel Beau Rivage. I enjoyed a lot a view from my room’s balcony. Very comfortable bed, big room. Stuff was very helpful and absolutely friendly that gave us warm feeling. Definitely we want to come back.

Boutique-Hotel Schlüssel is 10 km away from Lucerne and close to 13 different ski areas. The accommodation was very charming, reminiscent of a swiss chalet. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was extremely attentive and kind. We are thankful for the upgrade offered without request. Location is exceptional, close enough to enjoy the city and far enough to experience the lake and country side. Readily accessible to main road.
