It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Location of hotel - very near the train station, accessible to all , Our room had a balcony with great view of the mountains and breakfast is healthy, yummy with all kinds of cheese and yogurt.

Everything was great; from the rooms to the spa, we enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments features apartments with full hotel services designed by architect Heinz Julen and offering views of the Matterhorn from their balcony or terrace. The Zermatt Matterhorn Express Cable Car is 250 metres away. We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

Backstage Boutique Hotel is within walking distance of Gornergrat railway and Sunnega railway. A ski bus is also close by. A tennis court and a skating rink are in front of the hotel. Just writing another review because I ended up booking this hotel again. We originally were going to stay for 1 night here, but it ended up being 2 nights and it was great! Thank you to the helpful staff of this hotel! And thank you for giving us chocolates!
