This is a beautiful, comfortable lodge, so well equipped and tastefully designed with impeccable attention to detail at every turn. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our appartment was spacious and had absolutely everything we needed, including full recycling facilities. The wellness centre was wonderful. Even the ski room was luxurious, with 2 personal lockers per room! Delicious breakfast with ample choice, without overkill to avoid waste. Central location with a beautiful view of the village and the Matterhorn. We honestly couldn't ask for more!

The reception warm welcome and kindness, helpful, location, the room, the bathroom with heated floor, koffie, tee in the lobby, under building parking, the view from the room, cosy breakfast room, enough choice. Everything was perfect. Above 10 score.

It's a very nice property, managed by very friendly and professional team. From the check in till they took us to the train station all the team behaved in a very friendly manner. The location is obvioulsy very good. Breakfast selection is wide and tasty. The rooms are nicely decorated. Spending time in the lobby and drinking something after a long ski day with whole family was quite a routine for us. Thanks a lot to the friendly management team in Chesa Valese.

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby.
