I had an unexpected upgrade to my room - a very pleasant welcome! The staff were all most helpful and courteous, facilities excellent.

Only the name reminds us of the military. This historic hotel is one of the most beautiful in Switzerland.

Everything was exceptional. From the parking, hotel, staff, helpfulness, food, room - it was all lovely.
