We were upgraded to a lovely room on the top floor with a balcony. We'd booked half board, and the dinners were excellent, as was the selection at breakfast. Two staff in particular deserve a special mention for their friendliness and good service, Lucas on the front desk, and Sofia in the dining room.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You can easily take the lifts to do hikes and walk in the city center. We really enjoyed the Spa, the view and the food! Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home.

Super location, beautiful apartments, Sabrina is a fantastic host! Delicious breakfast! Free parking. Good restaurants nearby! 10 min walking distance from a historical cable car that will drive you to Locarno city center and being operated till 12.15am so ideal for late dinner in downtown.

The property location was excellent being directly next to the Celerina gondola. Breakfast was served in room which was a nice surprise; the amenities including sauna, salt room, garage and ski room were exceptional; and the service was extremely friendly. Will certainly book again the next time we’re in town.
