They both have such a bright smile which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Isabelle was so helpful to give us tips on our mountain trip. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The ceiling fan was a big bonus. The breakfast was also a plus, and the coffee was top! Location is also very convenient!

Free WiFi is available. It was newly opened in December 2022 and is a fully automated boutique hotel with flexible room access with mobile key. Everything was very clean and daily house keeping was the best they even put the dishes in the dishwasher for days when we forgot. Hotel is right in the center of old city where all the shopping and restaurants/attractions. It is just 10 mins walking with luggage and COOP market is 1 min away. perfect for family who loves to cook the food

The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. From the seamless check-in to thoughtful touches in the room, their hospitality truly stood out. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was an absolute delight. The cuisine was refined and flavorful, and the wine list was well-curated. Breakfast on the terrace with the view of Lucerne was the highlight of my mornings. In short, Château Gütsch is more than just a hotel, it’s an experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, luxurious, and memorable stay in Lucerne.

WiFi is provided free of charge throughout the property. The hotel is an older hotel and i believe family run. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. It is right on the lake and the lift to Mt. Rigi is a five minute walk behind the hotel. It was very relaxing being able to take the boat across the lake to Lucerne or other towns on the lake. the Lucerne train station is a two minute walk from the boat dock. They have the best WiFi we had the whole trip. the room was very large which a lot of Swiss hotels do not have large rooms.
