We lost our passports, cash and cards on the train when we reached Interlaken, however the hotel still allowed us to check in with our passport electronic copies and didn’t require us to pay a deposit. The hotel reception staffs were very helpful and showed us how to get to the police station and constantly checking on us to see if we are good. Thumbs up for the hotel and staffs!

Beautiful and convenient location. Ideal for lake swimming; there were stone steps with a railing that helped you get into the water. The water was clean and very invigorating ( i.e. a little cold, but I like it this way). the lake was quickly becoming deep, allowing you to swim. We tried the Lido also, which is 2 minutes away by the free bus, but the lake there is very shallow. Everything else was perfect too, lovely staff, breakfast,modern design, very comfortable beds, etc.

Also love the breakfast in this hotel. Had plenty of choices. Nice cozy hotel near the Aare Thun. Outside the hotel is quite picturesque. They have a designated parking area. But since we came in with a van we were allowed to park outside. Love the interior of our room. Love their amenities as well.

Great little hotel in a perfect location. We also eat in a night and food was good too. Staff were lovely and helpful. Their recommend car park is 2mins walk away and worked well.

The design & decoration of the room is excellent. However the bed & pillow are too soft.
The BFS was also excellent with variety of food.
The location & environment was superb as there was the beautiful garden to walk and also the pier was not very far.
We were impress in the warm and nice service in the restaurant.

This is an incredible place. Thanks to this hotel, I want to come to Thun many more times! In our huge room, there was a shower right in the center of the room, this is very cool, thank you! A lovely lady greeted us for breakfast, helped with all our questions and prepared us a delicious fresh breakfast! Thank you very much, I am sure that I will come to Thun again and will definitely stay at your hotel.

It's VERY spacious - a huge room the size of the full floor of the building. Very nicely designed and maintained, with large balcony and separate shower/toilet rooms. Nespresso machine had plenty of capsules, and it generally felt great inside - we could definitely spend more time there. It's at the heart of the old town so plenty of nice restaurants around.

Hotel itself is very beautiful and lovely designed throughout from reception to dining areas to rooms. Would say it is one of the best in Interlaken
Room was generous and large in size, with modern decor compared to others which may be outdated.
Room in general is finished to a nice standard
