I liked almost everything about the appartments. It was realy clean, towels changed every day, very helpfull staff. Location very good. Everything excelent.

The hotel had recently re-opened under a new name and management. The quality of the refurbishment was excellent. The staff we beyond friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with my booking (entirely due to my error) they corrected it without any fuss.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room is absolutely great, the bed is comfortable, the shower is big, the amenities wonderful. The location was right next to lac Léman, with views on the water, can't ask for more. This hotel is well worth the cost.
