The hotel had recently re-opened under a new name and management. The quality of the refurbishment was excellent. The staff we beyond friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with my booking (entirely due to my error) they corrected it without any fuss.

Majestic hotel in a perfect location. Beautiful rooms with a surprise upgrade for my birthday. Fabulous breakfast choices. The staff at the front desk couldn’t have been more friendly, happy and helpful. We will be back but for longer.
