This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered.

All rooms at Hotel Alphorn come with a flat-screen cable TV including international news channels, and small bathrooms with showers. They are decorated in marine colours with white furniture. 1. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The towels were changed daily as well. 2. The breakfast was made up of bread, butter and other spreads, cold cuts, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. It was enough to sustain us till mid afternoon. 3. The location was in Interlaken West, more on the quiet side of town. Very near train station and one can easily walk all the way to Interlaken Ost. 4. Hospitality - it was Sassa who received us when we arrived and she explained the house rules. On the succeeding days, it was Christine who met us for breakfast. I didn't get the name of the person in charge of housekeeping - she was awesome!

It offers panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains and of Lake Brienz and features a heated outdoor pool (open April to October, weather permitting). The staff is lovely and helpful. The view is amazing. The room is comfortable and spacious.

The location is quiet while in a walking distance to any point in Interlaken. The view from the room was breathtaking. Parking was available for a modest price. Spacious room.
